Loyalist Golf Course 2020 Booking & Cancellation Policy

With the delayed start, many golfers are eager to get their season started! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate all of our loyal supporters, so this means every spot on the tee sheet is indispensable. With this in mind, we would like you to be fully aware of our booking/cancellation policy.

You will be able to book t times or remove / cancel yourself from your group online.  This can be done by signing into our online reservations at www.loyalistcc.com scrolling down on the main page.  The default password is loyalist.  You will be able to see all of your reservations from this area. lf you are not signed in click on your name in the top right corner of the screen as this is where the sign in button will be.  Click my reservations to view the reservations made on your account. Click anywhere on a reservation to expand the window and see more details.  Cancel booking – you can click this button to cancel your online booked reservation. To cancel an individual player from the tee time, click on the X button to the left of the players name you wish to remove.

Our cancelation policy will be as follows;

  •  You will be able to remove / cancel yourself from your group online a minimum of 48 hours in advance
  • Should you not cancel your booking 48 hours in advance of your t-time your account will be charged 50% of the current walking rack rate.
  • All members must have an account with a valid credit card on file.
